WE ARE AT WAR WITH OURSELVES

We are at war with ourselves. We are at war with the different aspects of ourselves. Other aspects of ourselves are out there, experiencing different realities that could make us whole. These unconscious experiences threaten the illusion of our safe, mundane existence in this self-contained matrix we call existence. This seemingly safe existence is, in fact, a tragedy. It is a tragedy in that, while we are playing along with the rules of its existence, we are denying the other aspects of ourselves that might make it possible to live an integrated life.
